Napa Co. Resource Conservation District
The mission of the Napa County Resource Conservation District (RCD) is to promote responsible watershed management through voluntary community stewardship and technical assistance. The RCD uses education and partnerships as major tools for implementation of District goals.
The Napa County Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program
The Napa County Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (NCSPPP) is funded by the cities of Napa, St. Helena, Calistoga, American Canyon and Town of Yountville; with additional funding by the County of Napa and Water Conservation District, to develop and implement programs that protect and improve water quality and aquatic resources.
Napa Recycling and Waste Services
NRWS/NCRWS is the recycling, yardwaste, and garbage service provider for the City of Napa and southern unincorporated Napa County. Recycling helps save resources, energy, and money. It keeps materials out of the landfill, provides jobs, combats global warming, and “closes the loop” through the creation of new products out of recycled materials. Through Napa’s convenient recycling & waste reduction programs, exciting educational opportunities and comprehensive community outreach, we all work together towards the ultimate goal of Zero Waste.
Napa Sanitation District
Mission Statement: To collect, treat, beneficially reuse, and dispose of wastewater in an effective and economical manner that respects the environment, maintains the public's health, and meets or exceeds all local, state and Federal regulations.
Napa-Solano Audubon Society
Our Mission is to share the fun of birding, promote conservation and scientific understanding of wild birds and their habitats, and offer engaging, science-based education emphasizing the communities of Napa and Solano counties. We actively support local birding, local and area conservation education and advocacy, and local birding science including the recently completed Napa County Breeding Bird Atlas and the current ongoing Solano County Breeding Bird Atlas project.

Napa Valley Museum
The Napa Valley Museum, a non-profit cultural institution, recognizes, celebrates, and advances the historical, artistic, and environmental heritage of the Napa region. The primary purpose of the Museum is to provide enjoyable, interactive educational experiences and to collect, conserve, and exhibit objects relevant to the area.
Napa Valley Vine Trail
The Vine Trail Outdoor Classroom program was created to encourage teachers to bring their students to a wonderful outdoor classroom held on the Vine Trail. Grade-level experts from Napa County schools came together to create lesson plans conforming to state standards to be taught on the Vine Trail.
