Exhibitor Fee Schedule
Earth Day Sponsor: No Charge
Government, Nonprofit, or Community Organization: $25 (Early Bird) / $35 (after March 28th)
Commercial Booth: $100 (Early Bird) / $125 (after March 28th)
(add $5 for one-day sales permit if you do NOT have a Napa Business License)
Food Booth: $130 (Early Bird) / $150 (after March 28th)
- Tables, chairs and canopies will only be provided for Earth Day sponsors.
- Participant maps will be emailed out one week prior to the event.
- Power is available but supply is very limited. Please let us know if your booth needs power and we will try to accommodate.
- Checks should be mailed to EECNC, c/o Napa RCD, 1303 Jefferson Street, Suite 500B, Napa, CA 94559
