Exhibitor Fee Schedule
Earth Day Sponsor: No Charge
Government, Nonprofit, or Community Organization: $35 (Early Bird) / $45 (after March 24th)
Commercial Booth: $100 (Early Bird) / $125 (after March 24th)
(add $5 for one-day sales permit if you do NOT have a Napa Business License)
Food Booth: $130 (Early Bird) / $150 (after March 24th)
Last Day to sign up is April 12th, 2024
Please note:
- 10x 10 tent, tables, chairs, and sandbags will only be provided for Earth Day Platinum and Gold Sponsors.
- Participant maps will be emailed out one week prior to the event.
- Power is available but supply is very limited. Please let us know if your booth needs power and we will try to accommodate.
- Checks should be mailed to EECNC, c/o Napa RCD, 1303 Jefferson Street, Suite 500B, Napa, CA 94559
All exhibitors must commit to the following statement in order to be approved as an exhibitor for Earth Day Napa: "I commit to providing an inclusive, interactive, and accessible station that supports community environmental stewardship. I understand that failure to comply with the stated criteria could result in exclusion from future Earth Day events. (Please review the full Napa Earth Day Criteria and Conduct form in the Exhibitor section of our website before agreeing.)"
