Exhibitor Fee Schedule

Earth Day Sponsor: No Charge

Government, Nonprofit, or Community Organization: $35 (Early Bird) / $45 (after March 7)

Commercial Booth: $100 (Early Bird) / $125 (after March 7)
(add $5 for one-day sales permit if you do NOT have a Napa Business License)

Food Booth: $130 (Early Bird) / $150 (after March 1st)

DEADLINE TO SIGN UP:

Student, Government, Nonprofit, or Community Organization - March 31st*

Business & Commercial - March 31st*

Food & Vendors (Booths Involving Sales) - March 15th*

*Or until the event reaches capacity.

Please note:

10x 10 tents, tables, chairs, and sandbags will only be provided to Earth Day Earth Legacy Sponsors, Sustainability Champion Sponsors, and Green Guardian Sponsors.
Participant maps will be emailed out one week prior to the event.
Power is available, but the supply is very limited. Please let us know if your booth needs power, and we will do our best to accommodate.

All exhibitors must commit to the following statement in order to be approved as an exhibitor for Earth Day Napa: "I commit to providing an inclusive, interactive, and accessible station that supports community environmental stewardship. I understand that failure to comply with the stated criteria could result in exclusion from future Earth Day events. (Please review the full Napa Earth Day Criteria and Conduct form in the Exhibitor section of our website before agreeing.)"
